This 90-minute session is designed for experienced HR professionals who already communicate in English, but want their ideas, recommendations, and positions to carry more weight in senior-level conversations.
It focuses on clarity, authority, and strategic positioning in high-stakes HR discussions.
During the Strategic HR Communication Session, we will work with your real situations and focus on how your message is received at the senior level.
During the session, we will:

Audit your next 30 days: We will look at your upcoming calendar and target the exact high-stakes meeting where you need to influence a decision or align with a stakeholder.

Run a 5-minute live simulation: You will roleplay a crucial point of one of the upcoming meetings. We will break it down line-by-line to see exactly where your vocabulary is "fine," but your message loses its strategic punch.

Rewrite your arguments on the spot: We will take your long, data-heavy explanations and compress them into 2-sentence executive frameworks that focus on business risk rather than HR operations.

Fix your delivery "speed traps": We will pinpoint the exact moments in a debate where you tend to speak faster or look for approval, and practise replacing those moments with strategic pauses that command the room.
You’ll leave the session with:

A clear strategy to manage stress during high-friction conversations (e.g., delivering tough feedback, handling pushback, or speaking up in front of senior colleagues).

A personalized list of phrases that feel natural to you, to handle disagreements, interrupt senior leaders politely, and bring your natural wit into the boardroom.

Written, tailored feedback on your English with actionable steps on exactly what to improve and how.
