This 90-minute session is designed for experienced HR professionals who already communicate in English, but want their ideas, recommendations, and positions to carry more weight in senior-level conversations.
It focuses on clarity, authority, and strategic positioning in high-stakes HR discussions.
During the Strategic HR Communication Session, we will work with your real situations and focus on how your message is received at the senior level.
During the session, we will:

analyse key HR conversations where your influence matters
(presenting HR risks, explaining decisions, responding to pushback, discussions with senior leaders or global stakeholders)

look closely at how you currently structure and deliver your message in English
(where clarity weakens, where authority gets lost, where you overexplain)
-
test alternative ways of positioning your point
(starting with conclusions, framing impact, holding your position under pressure)

refine phrasing and structure so your communication sounds calm, professional, and deliberate
The session is conducted in English. We switch to Czech only if needed for clarity.
You’ll leave the session with:

communication structures that help you lead discussions, not just contribute
