• analyse key HR conversations where your influence matters
  (presenting HR risks, explaining decisions, responding to pushback, discussions with senior leaders or global stakeholders)

• look closely at how you currently structure and deliver your message in English
  (where clarity weakens, where authority gets lost, where you overexplain)

​​

• test alternative ways of positioning your point
  (starting with conclusions, framing impact, holding your position under pressure)

​​

• refine phrasing and structure so your communication sounds calm, professional, and deliberate

​​

The session is conducted in English. We switch to Czech only if needed for clarity.

You’ll leave the session with:

• greater control when conversations become fast, challenging, or political
