This is a practice-led environment.
Because the group is so small, the focus of the training is built around you and with you.
Once you sign up, we start with identifying exactly where your "coaching presence" leaks - you will fill out a short survey.
I will then tailor our 3 sessions to solve your specific struggles, like how to interrupt a rambling client or what to say when you get lost in misunderstanding.
In the sessions, we will train client-coach scenarios: I will challenge and interrupt you, until you feel confident and natural.
You leave with a personalized "safety net" of phrases and techniques that fit your unique coaching style.
Groups available (2-4 people per group)
Sessions are 60-75 minutes long, depending on group size. All times are in CET.
Monday at 2 PM (May 11, 18, 25)
Tuesday at 9 AM (May 12, 19, 26)
Wednesday at 6 PM (May 13, 20, 27)
