Terms and Conditions
The contracting parties that have rights and obligations under these rules are "the client", whose identification data are listed on the application, and Alena Konečná, IČ 08237018, with its registered office at Glinkova 17, Brno 623 00 (hereinafter "the teacher").
General Provisions

By registering for a course, the student acquires the right to the teacher's services to the extent of the type of course. The teacher undertakes to provide these services for a fee. Detailed characteristics of the services will be agreed upon with the client prior to the payment of the course.

Registration for the course or language learning services is valid after confirmation from the teacher and payment of the fee in accordance with the payment conditions.
Payment Terms

The course fee is payable by bank transfer to the account. The teacher does not accept other methods of payment.

The course fee must be paid in full before the start of the course or service unless otherwise agreed on the basis of an individual agreement. If the client does not pay the course fee as agreed their application will be cancelled.
Cancellation conditions (individual lessons)

If the teacher is not able to implement the relevant course or service, the client will receive the full course or service fee.

Lessons that the client does not attend without a minimum of 24 hours prior notice are not replaced in any way.

If the client cancels a lesson at least 24 hours in advance there is no cancellation fee.
Cancellation conditions (group lessons)

If the teacher is not able to implement the relevant course or service, the client will receive the full course or service fee or offer.

If the client does not attend the group lesson, they will not be any replacement or refund.
