1. From "Polite" to "Powerful": We identify where your "politeness" habits makes you sound unsure and unclear.
You will learn to maintain authority without loosing empathy.
2. The "Safe-Fail" Environment: We dive into 60-minute, high-intensity simulations of your actual work life: salary negotiations, performance reviews, budget discussions and more.
You train holding your ground when you hear a "hard no" until it is natural for you to be direct.
3. Stay Calm Under Fire: We use real-time feedback and physical grounding techniques to lower your heart rate during spontaneous questions.
You will learn to slow down, process the information, and respond with the calm authority of an HR partner rather than the anxiety of a language student.
Speak Up HR is NOT a language course.
It is a high-intensity role-play training.

❓What if I miss a lesson?
Lessons are recorded, and you will have access to the recordings and session notes.
❓Will I have access to materials?
You will receive materials every Monday during the course: a short video lesson, a practical challenge (to answer/record your answer to the question of the week), and a link to your personal AI assistant for the week (the free version of ChatGPT is enough). A shared glossary and lesson notes will include all new vocabulary.
❓Is this for me if I’m afraid to speak in front of others? What level of English do I need?
Yes! That’s exactly why I created this program – to help you build confidence. This will work best if you have B2 - C1 level of English. If you have any doubts about your level, we can meet for a free consultation. It’s not necessary to speak without mistakes. In the program, you’ll learn how to negotiate in English even if you make mistakes. Grammar and vocabulary notes are part of the lesson notes, and you can ask about anything unclear.
