During the session:

  • we will map the specific situations where you feel stress
    (meetings, expressing your opinion or disagreement, leading discussions, etc.)

  • you will learn simple techniques that will help you calm the stress reaction of your body

  • you will practise one challenging situation that currently feels difficult or stressful for you

  • we will identify what phrases you need to learn to be more confident and still feel like yourself

What will you get:

  • Clarity about how to manage the stress during tough conversations (e.g. giving feedback, asking for a pay raise)

  • Phrases that sound naturally you and you can use them at work immediatelly

  • Written personalised feedback on your English + tips on what to improve and how (the session will be in English, we will switch to Czech only if neccessary)

How to arrange the session:
